At our first meeting, he gave me a notebook of helpful information that guided me through the process from start to finish. He explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and sought to understand how my shoulder problems were impacting me as a person. In the first few days after surgery, he called me at home several times to check up on me. I'm six months post op now and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
